Spa Package Reservations can be made Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm - $75 non-refundable deposit Final Payment due 48 hours prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used towards future bookings.
To cancel or reschedule your spa day entirely, we require notice 48 hours in advance of your spa day. We cannot process cancellations or changes outside of above hours.

The Waterside Inn does not provide any spa or spa related services. All spa and spa related services are carried out by The Spa Treatment Mobile Spa, a company which is not affiliated with or related to The Waterside Inn. The Waterside Inn may facilitate the provision of spa services by The Spa Treatment Mobile Spa to you by, among other things, providing a list of services, providing a link to The Spa Treatment Mobile Spa's website, organizing or scheduling appointments and handling billing matters. By utilizing such services, you acknowledge that The Waterside Inn does not provide any spa or spa related services and remise, release and forever discharge The Waterside Inn (including its affiliates and its and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents) of and from all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, claims and demands whatsoever ("Claims") which you can, shall or may have, whether in contract, negligence, another tort or otherwise, for or by reason of or in any way arising out of your use of any of the spa or spa related services, including, without limitation, for personal injury and/or pain and suffering and/or damage to and/or loss and/or theft of any personal property and you further agree not to make any Claim or commence or maintain any action or proceeding, whether in contract, negligence, another tort or otherwise, against any person or entity in which any Claim could arise against The Waterside Inn (including its affiliates and its and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents) for contribution or indemnity or any other relief over.

The provisions hereof shall enure to the benefit of The Waterside Inn (including its affiliates and its and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents) and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators and legal personal representatives and shall be binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators and legal personal representatives
